A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Security Team Leader to support the management team in delivering the smooth and efficient running of the security operation at a high-profile commercial building in Kensington. The site is a modern, multi-level property with a steady flow of visitors, contractors and occupiers, requiring a proactive, visible and well-coordinated security presence throughout the day.
The overall objective of the team is to ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of the building, its occupants and visitors, while protecting the property against damage, loss or theft. The Security Team Leader will help uphold site procedures, maintain high operational standards, and contribute to a safe, welcoming and professionally managed environment.

- Location: Kensington (W8)
- Pay Rate: £15:30 per hour
- Hours: 42 hours per week
- Shifts: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights)
Job Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence required.
- 2 years Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager experience in the corporate sector is required.
- IT and Staff Management skills required.
- Willingness to learn and work with a team.
- Excellent communication both written & verbal and communication skills.
