The Duty Shift Manager will be responsible for supporting the Management Team in delivering the smooth and efficient running of the Security Service. This site is a mixed-use development in Victoria, London, comprising approximately 470,000 sq ft of premium office, retail, and community space. Designed with sustainability and wellbeing at its core, the project features extensive rooftop terraces, an urban farm, a 'walk and talk' track and community-focused public spaces.
Position: Duty Shift Manager
Location: London (SW1E)
Pay Rate: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Average 42 hours per week
Shifts: 4 On 4 Off - Days, Nights & Weekends
Job Requirements:
- SIA Licence required.
- Experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor/Lead Officer is required.
- Excellent communication both written & verbal & customer service.
- Reliable, Responsible and Punctual.
- To have a smart appearance befitting the company.
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word.
