The Business and Administration Apprentice will support the Security Management Team in the delivery of security services across a commercial property portfolio. Reporting to the Account Manager, the role provides an opportunity to gain practical business administration experience while developing knowledge of security operations, client service, compliance, and commercial property management.

Previous experience is not required, we are looking for people that are passionate about learning and wish to be part of a leading security company who provides safe and secure environments for our customers, colleagues and members of the public. Job Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Able to pass pre-employment screening (including references and vetting)
  • Commitment to completing the full apprenticeship programme
  • Maths & English GCSEs grades A to C/ 9 to 4 / functionals skills or the equivalent
  • Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills
  • Basic IT knowledge and good written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a practical approach to tasks
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team
  • Ability to be flexible and respond to the unexpected

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Manager and Security Management Team.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, meeting notes, and operational documentation.
  • Support the management of compliance, training, and personnel records.
  • Assist in compiling client reports and performance information.
  • Monitor and update action trackers, schedules, and management systems.
  • Respond to routine enquiries and maintain professional communication with clients, tenants, contractors, and security personnel.
  • Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies. xgikmsk
