We are seeking a proactive Loading Bay Officer to support the management team in delivering the smooth and efficient operation of a busy, high-profile corporate loading bay in the City. The building is a multi-tenant destination with a steady flow of deliveries, contractor activity, and facilities operations throughout the day, so the role requires strong organisation and confident communication.
You will liaise regularly with the client team and occupiers' FM representatives to coordinate access, manage daily movements, and maintain a safe, well-run loading bay environment.

- Location: London (EC3N)
- Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour
- Hours: 60 hours per week
- Shifts: Monday to Friday - 0600 to 1800
Job Requirements:
- SIA Licence required.
- SIA CCTV licence required.
- Experience as a Loading Bay Officer required.
- A working knowledge or an interest in the customer service environment.
- Excellent levels of customer service at all times as well as communication both written.
