You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services while providing outstanding customer service to all stakeholders. 36 hours per week
Shifts:
Friday to Sunday - Nights
Job Requirements: SIA Licence required.
Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year an advantage
Ex forces would be an advantage.
Must be flexible and be able to workdays, nights, weekends and have the flexibility to change due to operational needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills.
Reliable, Responsible and Punctual.
A friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character.
To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirable.
Be confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific duties.
Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested.
Be Confident with Fire Alarm System usage.
Job Responsibilities: Monitor CCTV systems and security alarms.
Complete accurate incident reports and site documentation.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and contractors.
Conduct regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas.
Maintain secure access to the premises and monitor entry and exit points.
Respond promptly to fire alarms and follow the required emergency procedures.
Attend to emergencies and incidents, taking appropriate action and notifying the relevant authorities when necessary.
Monitor the building for suspicious activity, security risks and potential hazards.
Ensure all security duties are carried out professionally and in accordance with site procedures.
Complete incident reports, patrol records and handover notes.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for the building and its occupants.
