Responsibilities

  • Experience in high-end corporate reception, 5-star hotel or first-class cabin crew is preferred.
  • Meeting and greeting clients in reception, providing a warm 5-star greeting and ensuring VIP treatment.
  • Act as the face of the companies we represent, delivering exemplary reception, bookings, and concierge services.
  • Ensure guests and visitors receive an excellent standard of greeting and care while in the building.
  • Be articulate, well-informed, and proactively meet and exceed clients and visitors' needs.
  • Portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor with appropriate body language.
  • Deal efficiently with all visitors and staff, maintaining an exceptional high standard of customer service.
  • Take personal responsibility for requests, ensuring they are completed, if not exceeding, expectations.
  • Manage the efficient running of reception, concierge, or booking desks with professionalism and location-specific knowledge.
  • Actively welcome, announce, and escort visitors through the building, offering refreshments and informing them of facilities such as washrooms, concierge, and deli locations.
  • Communicate professionally as a representative to residents, upholding a 5-star service standard.
  • Build rapport quickly to make every guest or visitor feel special.
  • Serve as ambassador for CIS, promoting great teamwork within and outside the department.
  • Receive meeting room bookings via email or telephone, verifying details and communicating effectively with relevant departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the allocated area, including filing and preparing for the next shift.
  • Report any maintenance, IT, or health & safety concerns to the relevant departments.
  • Act as the main point of contact within the building for all residents, catering to all requests and queries timely and appropriately.
  • Utilize a portfolio of information (transport, restaurants, shops) to assist client queries.
  • Assist with any other reasonable duties as required by the site manager or account manager.
