We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Car Parking Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the parking area of a large Shopping Centre, assisting customers with all their parking needs, ensuring the safety and security of parked vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Pay Rate: Β£14.38 per hour
- Hours: Average 35 hours per week
- Shifts: Days - 4 on 2 off
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing service is essential.
- Experience within a parking management environment or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of security and safety procedures.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have an excellent command of English Language & good IT Skills.
- Reliable, Responsible and Punctual.
- A friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing character.
- You must always take pride in your appearance, ensuring immaculate presentation.
- Flexible in the approach to daily and additional duties.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Engage with customers upon arrival and departure, assist throughout their parking journey, provide directions, and address payment or ticket issues.
- Parking Management: Manage traffic flow, ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas, and follow parking policies.
- Safety and Security: Conduct patrols, report hazards, and assist with emergency procedures.
- Machines, Ticketing and Payments: Ensure payment machines are operational, perform basic maintenance, and assist with cash collections.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness: Keep parking areas clean, report issues.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, providing excellent service.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
