Role Overview: The Vendor Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising vendor-led marketing initiatives in close coordination with the Marketing Manager, internal stakeholders, external vendors, and third-party partners. The role focuses on demand generation, pipeline contribution, digital execution, and ROI-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
Vendor & Partner Marketing: Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners, understanding their business goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives. Develop and execute joint marketing strategies and co-funded campaigns aligned with both vendor objectives and Hiperdist’s commercial goals. Negotiate and manage marketing agreements, MDF usage, and co-investment plans with vendors.
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution: Plan and run demand generation campaigns across digital, partner, and event channels to generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth. Execute integrated campaigns including email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, landing pages, and partner promotions. Ensure effective lead handover, tracking, and follow-up alignment with sales teams through CRM and reporting tools.
Content & Collateral Development: Create and manage co-branded marketing content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and social media assets. Develop vendor-specific marketing collateral ensuring brand consistency, clear value propositions, and regional relevance. Work closely with design and content teams to deliver high-quality creative assets on time.
Website, SEO & Digital Marketing: Manage and update company and campaign websites using WordPress, including landing pages, microsites, and event pages. Maintain strong SEO knowledge, applying on-page optimisation, keyword strategy, metadata, and content structure to improve organic visibility and traffic. Support the implementation of the Group Digital Strategy, ensuring campaigns are digitally optimised and measurable.
Event Marketing & Logistics: Plan, coordinate, and execute vendor-led events including webinars, workshops, partner enablement sessions, trade shows, and conferences. Manage end-to-end event logistics, registrations, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups to maximise engagement and lead conversion.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools, tracking KPIs such as leads, MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Prepare performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and vendors, recommending data-driven optimisations. Continuously refine campaigns based on results and feedback.
Budget Management: Manage the vendor marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and compliance with approved spend. Track costs, ROI, and MDF utilisation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, finance, design, and content teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Support vendor training and enablement, ensuring partners understand Hiperdist’s positioning, offerings, and go-to-market approach. Gather feedback post-campaign and apply learnings to improve future initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with marketing trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies to keep vendor marketing initiatives innovative and competitive. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, campaign effectiveness, and partner engagement.
