We’re looking for Wind Turbine Technicians who want more than just a job. Someone who wants to make a real, measurable impact on the future of clean energy.
Hours: 40 per week - We aim to support work-life balance and keep your weekends free whenever possible, though occasional weekend work may be required to meet customer needs.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
You’ll play a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, ensuring turbines across the UK deliver peak performance:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Carrying out root cause analysis to prevent future failures.
- Supporting installation and commissioning of new turbines.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and confidence working with complex machinery.
- At least 2 years of hands-on wind turbine technician experience.
- Mechanical or electrical system repair experience.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and the ability to read electrical schematics.
- Proven root cause analysis capability.
