You will be working with experts in RF, Laser Directed Energy and Low Observable technology – the kind of work that doesn’t just push boundaries, it redraws them. Demand is rising and the stakes are high. This special projects team needs a Technical Lead who can step up and deliver when it matters most.
What You Bring:
- Strong background in at least one of the following: high‑power RF, electromagnetic modelling, RF testing or electronic architecture
- Proven leadership – built teams, aligned people and got results
- Degree in Physics, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering or similar
- Project management capability – understand delivery, not just design
- A willingness to undergo DV clearance at a later stage
