We are looking for a System Performance Lead to join a very interesting special project team, working on next-gen, high-impact systems that don’t tolerate mediocrity, and don’t need babysitting. What you’ll actually do:
- You will take ownership.
- You will evaluate system performance against real-world scenarios, not textbook theory.
- You will run trade studies that influence design, not just document it.
- You will define modelling strategies, build the models, own the algorithms, and stand behind the outputs.
- Plus, you will put your name to performance statements that customers rely on.
