We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a growing Project Management team supporting a major Future Combat Air programme.
This is a delivery-focused role where you will work across a complex, international organisation, coordinating stakeholders and project teams to deliver critical capability on time, on cost and to the required quality.
You will have the opportunity to broaden your experience, work with UK and international partners and play a key role in a programme at the forefront of future technology.
What will you be doing?
- Leading projects from a business and delivery perspective.
- Managing risk, schedules, dependencies and project performance.
- Applying Earned Value Management and schedule risk assessment techniques.
- Leading and motivating multi-functional project teams.
- Managing stakeholders, negotiating and influencing across all levels.
- Supporting bidding and estimating activities.

- Project or Programme Management experience, ideally within a matrix organisation.

- Experience of bidding and estimating would be advantageous.
