- Ability to estimate work, manage delivery and communicate clearly with stakeholders
This role suits someone who is either:
- Already a software team lead, or
- A senior embedded software engineer ready to step into leadership
The environment:
You will be working on advanced defence technology programmes, developing software that goes into real operational systems. The work is technically challenging, highly collaborative and genuinely impactful.
Package:
- Salary circa £70,000
- Bonus up to 21%
- Pension up to 14% combined
- Hybrid working (4-5 days on site)
