You’ve done the engineering. You understand complex systems. Now you want to be closer to the decisions, the customer, and the delivery. This is that move. We’re looking for an Engineering Delivery Lead to take ownership of the technical interface between internal engineering teams and international export customers, delivering complex weapon system integrations onto maritime platforms. You won’t just support delivery. You’ll shape it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the technical interface with export customers
- Translating complex engineering into clear, usable insight
- Aligning multiple engineering teams to deliver against contractual scope
- Supporting integration of advanced defence systems onto maritime platforms
- Managing technical risk, sequencing, and delivery alignment
- Contributing to new business proposals and future export programmes
What you’ll bring:
- Experience delivering complex engineering or defence programmes
