We are looking for an experienced engineering professional who can combine technical knowledge with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. This is an opportunity to influence major engineering programmes; improve the way projects are delivered and help shape future products from concept through to in-service support.
Working across a broad portfolio, you will collaborate with engineering teams, project managers and senior stakeholders to identify technical risks, improve commonality across products and drive smarter ways of working.
What you will be doing:
- Leading engineering delivery activities across a diverse product portfolio
- Working with project teams to improve efficiency, reuse and standardisation
- Managing technical risks, dependencies and obsolescence challenges
- Collaborating with specialist engineering teams to deliver practical solutions
- Influencing senior stakeholders and helping shape strategic engineering decisions
- Supporting continuous improvement and introducing innovative ways of working
- Helping ensure programmes remain aligned across multiple engineering disciplines
