What you will be doing:
- Leading and supporting systems engineering activities across complex programmes
- Requirements development and management
- Verification and validation planning
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Trade studies and technical investigations
- Systems architecture development and decomposition
- Research and development activities
- Working closely with engineering teams, programme leadership and key stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- Degree qualified in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience across the engineering development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Systems Engineering principles and methodologies
- Experience applying MBSE techniques
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead technical work packages across multiple projects
Desirable experience:
- SysML/UML modelling tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody
- DOORS NG, IBM Jazz or similar requirements management tools
