This is a rare opportunity to work on highly sophisticated technology programmes involving Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA), advanced signal processing, AI integration, and complex systems modelling. What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and refining advanced algorithms for complex RF systems
- Conducting system studies and performance analysis
- Integrating algorithms into sophisticated seeker and sensor models
- Running investigations and analysing data to support systems design
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, optimisation, and future capability improvements
- Collaborating across multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Contributing to the use of AI and machine learning within advanced technology solutions
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Strong algorithm development experience
- MATLAB capability
- Experience planning and running technical investigations
- Strong data analysis skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for technology and innovation
Desirable:
- Simulink modelling and coding
- RF systems or digital signal processing knowledge
