Embedded Software Verification and Validation Engineer Location: Stevenage Are you a passionate Software Engineer with experience in verification and validation within an embedded, real-time environment? If so, we\’re currently looking for an experienced Embedded Software Verification and Validation Engineer to join a dynamic team. The role primarily involves working on sophisticated defence systems, verifying embedded software that operates within safety-critical, real-time systems. Your expertise will include developing structured test cases from requirements, executing tests in lab environments, and providing actionable feedback. Experience with embedded software programs in C, C++, and Ada, especially within RTOS contexts, is highly valued. Knowledge of verification standards (such as DEFStan 00-55, DO-178C, DO-330), modelling, test automation, and safety-critical system processes will give you a distinct edge.
