Ready to lead a growing engineering team within a world-class defence environment? We're looking for an experienced Electronics Engineering Team Lead to join a busy Calibration & Maintenance department, leading engineers and technicians responsible for the calibration and repair of COTS test & measurement equipment using both manual and automated processes, including Fluke METCAL software. This is a hands-on leadership role where technical expertise, compliance knowledge, and people management skills are key.

What we're looking for:
- Apprenticeship Served to NVQ Level 3 (or BTEC / C&G Equivalent) plus an HNC/HND in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong calibration & test equipment knowledge
- Audit & compliance management experience
- Stakeholder management skills
- SAP/JIRA knowledge advantageous
