Senior Systems Engineer
Location: Market Deeping
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + benefits (Depending on experience)

What youll be doingYoull take a lead technical role, working with hardware and software teams to make sure products are designed, built and validated against real-world requirements.
Senior Systems Engineer key responsibilities:
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements
- Review architectures, interfaces and design decisions
- Guide development and support verification & validation activity
- Champion good systems engineering practice and the V-model
- Help drive commonality and compatibility across systems
- Partner with stakeholders to influence future product direction
What youll bring
- 1st or 2:1 class Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical subject
- Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle
- Solid understanding of communications systems, networks or RF
- Knowledge of VHF/UHF communications, CNS or similar domains
- Ability to interpret requirements and turn them into functional use cases
- Experience in demanding, high-integrity environments
