Responsibilities:
- Maintaining day-to-day bookkeeping, ensuring transactions are accurate and complete.
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software.
- Handling accounts receivable and payable, ensuring all invoices are issued and payments are received in a timely manner.
- Assisting data analysis.
- Assisting VAT return preparation.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all financial data, including filing invoices, receipts, and other supporting documents.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to the Manager as required.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
