About the role

Do you live and breathe social? Want to be part of a dynamic social team delivering exciting social and influencer campaigns for some of the most recognised household brands in the UK? We're looking for an established social SAE to join the team, working alongside a range of experts including content creators, creatives, insight and strategy professionals.

The day to day

As Social Senior Account Executive, you will contribute to daily social client account work and support clients in the execution of social plans including content creation & development, social calendar management, delivery of campaigns, and working closely with our Influencer Relations Manager, supporting on influencer marketing.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Playing an active role in client status meetings by presenting on calendars and projects being principally led by yourself
  • Managing the preparation and follow up to client meetings independently by shaping the agenda and by issuing the minutes with clear action points
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and campaign performance reports, delivering clear analysis, actionable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Ensuring all client content plans, calendars and campaigns are kept up to date to reflect changes in the marketing plans
  • Briefing and developing appropriate content and assets and gain client approval
  • Demonstrating strong design and content creation skills, using tools such as Canva or Adobe to develop high-quality social assets
  • Proactively and enthusiastically spot and develop reactive social opportunities
  • Working closely with our Influencer Relations Manager, supporting on influencer marketing including recommendations and proposals, vetting, content and approval support
  • Contributing to creative ideas for a response to a pitch

About you

  • Experience of working in a PR/Social agency environment, already operating at established SAE level
  • Passionate interest in the social media and influencer landscape and social trends
  • Preferable: experience using Sprinklr, CapCut, Adobe Suite or Canva
  • Positive, solutions-orientated and self-motivated
  • Reliable, trustworthy and consistent
  • Excellent, demonstrable organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Pro-active self-starter with ability to use initiative
  • Good team-player but also able to work independently and manage own workload
  • Competent in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
