This is a brand new team and therefore an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers whilst helping build a new capability from the ground up.

In this role, you will support customers through key transition moments, including migrations, fulfilment and service changes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes, helping customers realize value quickly while contributing to the development of scalable processes and operational excellence. The role also offers the opportunity to help shape a growing capability that leverages AI, automation, and innovative technologies to enhance customer experience and time-to-value.

Responsibilities
  • Support customers through key transition moments, including migrations, fulfilment and service change.
  • Own and coordinate customer migrations ensuring customers realise value quickly and with minimal disruption.
  • Partner across Product, Technology, Data, Sales and Support to deliver seamless customer outcomes.
  • Build scalable, customer-led processes and take a pragmatic approach to leveraging AI, agents and automation from day one.
  • Help shape and grow a new capability focused on improving customer experience, operational excellence, and time-to-value.
What We're Looking For

Whether your background is in Customer Success, Professional Services, Programme Management, Transformation or Operations, you'll be comfortable leading customer conversations, driving complex transitions and building scalable processes that improve both customer outcomes and operational efficiency. You'll bring a customer-led mindset, a bias for action, and a curiosity for how AI, automation and emerging technologies can help us do things better from day one.

Requirements
  • Experience managing customer onboarding, implementations, migrations or complex customer projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with both customers and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Experience improving operational processes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows, automation platforms or agent-based tooling.
  • Understanding of AI agent architectures and the technologies that underpin them, such as MCP, tool calling and workflow automation.
  • Experience building or improving scalable operating models.
