We’re seeking an Events and Training Coordinator.
Hybrid working | UK-based | Up to £30,000 (depending on experience) | Permanent role | Starting ASAP
Are you experienced in running webinars and coordinating events/training for a membership audience? CIRIA is seeking an Events and Training Coordinator to oversee a high-volume programme of online training, webinars, and member events.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate 100+ annual training courses & events
- Run webinars end-to-end (setup, live delivery, troubleshooting)
- Coordinate hybrid & in-person events
- Process delegate bookings for events and training
- Manage speakers, trainers, stakeholders and all delegate communications
- Support logistics, systems, and delivery quality
- Manage feedback cycles for events and training including internal reporting against KPIs
What we need:
- Events/webinar coordination experience
- Ideally from a membership organisation or similar environment
- Strong organisation + ability to juggle multiple events weekly
- Confident using Zoom / online platforms and good experience of working with CRM systems
- Strong English language with written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication
