We are seeking an exceptional Senior Operating Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our school. This is a senior, non-teaching role, and while previous experience in education is not essential, a commitment to supporting a thriving school community is key.
Reporting directly to the Headteacher, you will lead the development and delivery of the school's operational systems, ensuring they are efficient, well-coordinated and support high-quality decision-making across the school community.
