In this front‑line role, you will be the go‑to person ensuring every T‑Level placement runs smoothly, safely and in full compliance. Deliver excellent administrative and organisational support across all T‑Level placement processes. Match students to the right employers and ensure all paperwork, guidance and systems are fully up to date. Work closely with tutors, students, and employers to agree objectives, complete reviews, record hours and maintain accurate records. Liaise confidently with employers, ensuring they are fully briefed, engaged and oriented to T‑Level requirements. Co‑ordinate due diligence checks (including H&S) and maintain accurate records across CRM and work experience systems. Track placement progress through reporting, monitoring and communication with faculty staff. Support students through drop‑ins and preparation sessions to help them thrive on placement. Work collaboratively with the wider Work Experience and Employer Engagement teams. Contribute to events, presentations and staff training to strengthen the college's work placement offer.
