The predicted salary is between 26363 - 28155 £ per year.

This is a key post within the College allowing the post-holder to support the Vice Principal Student Experience and External Relations and their administration requirements whilst working on special projects as well as acting as our main point of contact for compliments and complaints.

A methodical and proactive approach is needed but there will be the flexibility to shape the role too. If you have strong organisational skills, enjoy working with others and an empathy for the needs of students, then this will be a great opportunity.

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential as are outstanding communication skills; a positive, calm and reassuring manner; and a ready appreciation of high-quality customer service.
