Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive T-Level Work Placement Coordinator to join our Work Experience team – a role at the heart of connecting students, tutors and employers to deliver outstanding, compliant T-Level industry placements. You will be the go‑to person ensuring every T-Level placement runs smoothly, safely and in full compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver excellent administrative and organisational support across all T-Level placement processes.
  • Match students to the right employers and ensure all paperwork, guidance and systems are fully up to date.
  • Work closely with tutors, students, and employers to agree objectives, complete reviews, record hours and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise confidently with employers, ensuring they’re fully briefed, engaged and oriented to T-Level requirements.
  • Coordinate due diligence checks (including H&S) and maintain accurate records across CRM and work experience systems.
  • Track placement progress through reporting, monitoring and communication with faculty staff.
  • Support students through drop‑ins and preparation sessions to help them thrive on placement.
  • Collaborate with the wider Work Experience and Employer Engagement teams.
  • Contribute to events, presentations and staff training to strengthen the college’s work placement offer.
