Required: 1st July 2026

Key purposes of this role are to:

  • Actively support the Head of Pastoral and the Vice Principal Student Experience and External Relations, to ensure that the College fulfils its mission and achieves its strategic goals.
  • Combine responsibility for a major part of the experience of students in relation to the Programme of Excellence, Enrichment and the transition of students to college, with effective line management of staff and accountability for performance.
  • Be responsible for liaising with the vice principal, head of pastoral, faculty heads and marketing on promoting Cirencester College as prospective students’ ‘first choice’.
  • Work collaboratively as a member of the extended pastoral team to enable students of all abilities and backgrounds realise their full potential and to ensure that the College successfully meets the challenges it faces.
