Cirencester College is expanding its Apprenticeship & Employer Engagement team and we’re looking for passionate, supportive professionals to join us as Apprentice Learning Coaches. If you enjoy helping people grow, want to make a real difference, and can bring your industry knowledge to life, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide 1:1 coaching to apprentices throughout their programme
- Build strong, positive relationships with employers
- Support learners to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours they need to succeed
- Guide apprentices in building their portfolio and tracking workplace progress
- Deliver coaching sessions via workplace visits, online meetings (Teams), and occasional college workshops
- Help apprentices prepare for their Apprenticeship Assessment
- Manage a caseload based on your expertise and working hours
You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team and paired with a dedicated mentor to help you settle into the role.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in their industry of Early years
- Passionate about helping people learn and grow
- A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
- Organised, supportive, and able to give clear feedback
- Comfortable using digital tools and Microsoft Teams
- Able to work independently but enjoys being part of a team
You don’t need teaching qualifications — just experience, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in supporting apprentices.
