Are you a confident relationship builder with a passion for business development? We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Lead for Apprenticeships to grow our apprenticeship provision by securing new employer partnerships, generating apprenticeship opportunities and supporting business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new employer relationships and identify apprenticeship opportunities.
- Grow and manage a pipeline of new business leads.
- Support employers to recruit apprentices and develop their workforce.
- Promote apprenticeships through networking events, employer visits and marketing activities.
- Work with existing employers to increase apprenticeship recruitment.
- Help create opportunities for T-Level industry placements.
- Achieve apprenticeship growth and employer engagement targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, account management or employer engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, target-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and digital skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of apprenticeships or the education sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
