As our Studio & Commercial Orchestrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth and happy running of Circus, working closely with our partners, finance team, and strategy consultants. The role is ideal for someone who is confident and proactive, with experience of working in a creative or strategic consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage studio resources: room bookings, storage, supplies, equipment, digital subscriptions
  • Oversee diaries, scheduling and meeting logistics
  • Coordinate travel, hospitality, and client/new business meeting experiences
  • Format and proof documents - PowerPoint and Excel
  • Liaise with IT partners and manage tech equipment, phone contracts, website issues
  • Support financial administration: timesheets, utilisation tracking, job documentation, billing status
  • Reconcile expenses, manage credit card usage, support company healthcare and insurance renewals
  • Build effective relationships with clients, creative collaborators and suppliers
Qualifications
  • Organised, logical, with high attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Calm and resourceful, with optimism, humour and charm
  • Skilled communicator, able to build strong relationships
  • Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word (WordPress/CRM knowledge a bonus)
  • Numerate - familiarity with Paprika or similar time management system
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills
  • UK work permit and visa required

  • Full-time role, hybrid pattern (3 days in the studio, 2 from home)
