Our Mission At Circus, headquartered in Munich, we are pioneering global developments in on-demand autonomous food production. Everything from creation to production and operation – enabled by seamlessly integrated cutting-edge robotics and transformative AI technology.

Our foundation rests in the extensive developments of groundbreaking robotics driven by artificial intelligence, previously the missing link in achieving true autonomous food automation. This is the moment for a new status quo: Just as autonomous driving will disrupt how we build cities, organise our days, and live our lives, so will we shift our whole reality around food.

Our Team is backing a paradigm shift in one of humanity's most important sectors with the sharpest minds in Robotics, AI, Engineering and Culinary, collaborating closely with industry-leading partners to revolutionise every aspect of the food service experience.

Join us as we forge ahead, crafting a future where the art of cooking and the science of technology converge to create a world that thinks differently about food than it has for thousands of years—a world where food means something new.

About the Role We're bringing our fully autonomous robotics kitchen to London and are looking for someone to run it. As our Robotics Kitchen Associate, you'll be hands-on every shift, keeping everything around the CA-1 system running smoothly, from prepping and restocking ingredients to spotting and reporting issues before they become problems. You're also the client's main point of contact on-site, the reason their operation runs smoothly and reliably, day in and day out.

Your Daily Business:

  • Run and monitor the CA-1 autonomous kitchen throughout service, keeping it performing at its best
  • Prepare, restock, and manage ingredients and consumables so production never stops
  • Own opening, closing, and cleaning routines to the highest hygiene and food safety standards
  • Run standardised quality checks, and document and escalate any faults, deviations, or technical issues to the right team
  • Guard food quality and presentation on every single order; consistency is the whole point
  • Be the face of Circus for guests and clients, handling questions and issues on the spot
  • Act as the client's day-to-day point of contact on-site, coordinating operations and flagging anything that could affect their experience
  • Train and onboard the client's on-site staff so they can confidently support the kitchen
  • Spot patterns and share insights with the team to help stabilise and continuously improve our operations

Base Qualifications:

  • Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations
  • Comfortable getting hands-on in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Strong client-facing communication. You keep people informed and the operation running smoothly
  • A knack for tech. You're not afraid of a robot, and you follow structured processes well
  • Reliability and ownership. You're happy working independently on-site
  • Fluent English
  • Right to work in the UK

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Food safety certification (e.g., Level 2 Food Hygiene)
  • Background in QSR, kitchens operations, hospitality or retail food operations
  • A genuine interest in robotics and new technology

Our Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: A market-benchmarked compensation package (fixed salary plus additional benefits)
  • Training & Development: Hands-on training on our robotics systems, plus ongoing development as we grow in the UK
  • Growing With Us: Join at the very start of our UK launch, with real scope to shape how the role develops on-site
  • Disruption at Scale: Be part of a fast-growing, publicly listed company disrupting one of the world's most conservative industries
  • A Role You Own: A clear daily routine with real ownership of your site, backed by a dedicated global support team whenever you need it
