Location: Sheffield (Hybrid) - 3 days per week in the office

Reports to: SEO Lead

The Role

We are looking for an SEO Executive to support the delivery of SEO campaigns across our client portfolio. Reporting to the SEO Lead, you will handle the day-to-day execution of technical and on-page tasks, ensuring all work meets our quality standards. As a specialist agency, we focus exclusively on SEO and AI Search. We are currently seeing significant growth, which means we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for a selection of clients, managing regular communication, explaining performance, and ensuring their goals are met.
  • Technical & On-Page: Execute audits, monitor site health, and implement on-page optimisations.
  • AI & Search: Use AI tools to streamline keyword research and content briefs. You will need to stay updated on AI-driven search trends (like Google’s AI Overviews) to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
  • Reporting: Manage performance tracking and provide the SEO Lead with clear insights for client reviews.
  • Internal SEO: Manage the agency’s own website performance and roadmap.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years in SEO, ideally agency-side.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with crawling, indexing, and site speed.
  • Toolbox: Competent using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Execution: A track record of turning a strategy into meaningful outputs and results.

  • Organised: Capable of managing multiple client tasks simultaneously.
  • Ambitious: Motivated by the opportunity to progress into more senior roles as the agency scales.
  • Practical: You enjoy being hands-on with the work and seeing tasks through to completion.
