At Circular Renewables, we’re committed to advancing the circular economy and driving innovation in renewable energy The Role: Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Field Service Supervisor to lead service activities across multiple AD sites. This is a key role within our operations team, responsible for supervising on-site works, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting project delivery across maintenance and upgrade programs. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day service operations at multiple AD facilities Oversee field technicians and contractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently Support maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of AD plant equipment Assist in project planning and delivery for upgrades, refurbishments, and installations Ensure adherence to HSE standards and site-specific protocols Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to communicate progress and resolve issues Complete accurate reporting, documentation, and service records Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory or senior technician role within Anaerobic Digestion or a related renewable energy sector Experience in Engineering (Holding a NVQ Level 3 or above) Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude Full UK driving licence Willingness to travel regularly to sites across the region Desirable Qualifications: Project management experience (formal qualifications beneficial) SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems Experience with process optimisation and plant performance monitoring What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to be part of a growing, mission-driven company Ongoing training and career development Company vehicle and travel expenses A dynamic and supportive team environment How to Apply: If you are passionate about renewable energy and have the skills and experience that we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
