I'm recruiting for a business in Cambridgeshire who are looking for an experienced Power Electronics Engineer on a contract basis. The work involves development of systems for the electric vehicle space.
ROLE: Senior Power Electronics Engineer
LOCATION: Ely, Cambridgeshire
START: ASAP
RATE: Up to £60ph (Outside IR35)
Skills required for the Senior Power Electronics Engineer are:
- Background in power electronics, ideally AC/DC / DCDC / buck-boost / flyback converters, electromagnetic systems, electric motors
- Altium for CAD design or schematics
- Full product lifecycle experience
Although the role can offer some flexibility - most work will be done on-site in Cambridge.
