Role overview
Our Business Development Executives are absolutely vital to our success. They will support our field team in researching new clients and communicating with KDM’s to build opportunities and ultimately secure meeting for our sales teams.
You will need to be competent on muti channel communication and have the ability to be creative in your approach to secure meetings with senior executives in large national organisations.
You will be targeting our markets in both the UK and Ireland and have the autonomy to develop new markets should they be found. Our main focus will be the private sector accommodation providers catering for students and key workers but also specialist residential operators.
Key tasks
- Research targeted clients across the public and private sector to fully understand their supply chain, issues and opportunities and the quality of service currently being provided.
- Use this key data to build a “buying criteria” for each client and target KDM to secure a meeting to benchmark their service
- Build on our existing database to provide a clear view of our opportunities by sector, understand expiry dates, site issues and the decision-making process.
- Meeting/exceeding dynamic KPI’s and ultimately support our new growth targets

- Responsibility for reporting to your line manager any risk which may impact the business

Ensuring you deliver your role within the Compliance framework set.

Qualifications
Commission package
Qualified appointment booked – Meeting with MAN (money, authority, need)
Site level appointments £20 each – Target 3/week
Group KDM appointments £50 each – Target 1/week
OTE £5,280
% of contract margin
Target £1,000,000 AI – Board Margin Circa £3,400,000
1% of Board margin on deals over the 6 months following the appointment
OTE £34,000
