Electronic circuit boards are at the core of current and future inventions - space travel, medical robotics, autonomous transportation, augmented reality, bio-engineering. Yet today designing an electronic circuit board is an extremely manual, long and tedious process. At Circuit Mind we're on a mission to 100X the life's work of electronics engineers and supercharge our collective humanity. Circuit Mind's AI-powered automation platform enables electronics designers to input their requirements as a block diagram and, with a single click, generate cost-effective, power-efficient, small form factor schematics and Bills of Materials (BoMs) in seconds.
Your mission as a Talent Partner is to help us find these exceptional individuals, connecting top talent to a startup that is shaping the future of hardware design from day one.
MissionYour mission is to assist Circuit Mind's team to identify, find, evaluate and on-board a team of world-class engineers. This will require a 20-30 hours / per week commitment, for 2 months.

- Work closely with executives and senior engineers of a fast moving company.

- Understand - Learn about Circuit Mind's technology and team to help you understand the profile of individuals who will be crucial to the company's success.
- Identify - Work with the recruiting team to identify exceptional individuals that would be fit for the Circuit Mind team.
- Persuade - Reach out to the individuals identified to inform them of the opportunity and sell the opportunity of working with Circuit Mind to them.
- Administer - Set up interviews and meetings with the team to evaluate these individuals, collate the findings, and results.
- Great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Self starter attitude - you tackle your work and take ownership of results.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Nice to have - you are pursuing a STEM degree.
