We are currently recruiting domiciliary care workers to provide the best possible standards of care to clients.

This is a rewarding opportunity for persons who enjoy supporting vulnerable adults with day‑to‑day life activities.

The ideal candidate must be willing to drive across or within a 5‑mile radius for client visits.

This role involves servicing a rota of clients, driving to and from local locations, and following each client’s care plan.

Tasks may include assisting with meals, personal care, companionship, medication management, and light general household duties.

  • Specific Skills
  • Experience working as a domiciliary carer, support worker, or care assistant.
  • Have a UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Be able to work 2–5 days per week, 7am‑10pm, and some weekends.
  • All mandatory training up to date.
  • DBS check up to date.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, compassion, and commitment to high‑quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Attend clients’ homes and provide a range of care and support services, including:
  • Personal care
  • Medication management
  • Assistance with daily tasks
  • Assisting with meal preparation
  • Companionship
  • Light general household duties
  • Ensure any changes in the care needs of each service user are properly documented and reported to the care coordinator.
