Salary: Up to £21.50 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Physioline Clinician to join their team of staff.
This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
Duties of this role include:
- You deliver high-quality MSK assessment, diagnosis and management through video and telephone consultations.
- You use strong clinical reasoning to develop evidence-based treatment plans that promote self-management and positive patient outcomes.
- You communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, helping them understand their condition, treatment options and agreed management plan.
- You develop and maintain an understanding of the pathways, referral criteria and service specifications across Circle Integrated Care contracts.
- You work collaboratively with colleagues within the Physioline service, sharing knowledge, learning and best practice to support high-quality patient care.
- You contribute to audit, quality improvement and service development activity within Physioline and wider MSK services.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy or Osteopathy.
- Current registration with HCPC or GOsC.
- Significant post-registration experience in musculoskeletal practice.
- Experience of autonomous assessment and clinical decision‑making.
- Experience managing a varied MSK caseload.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience using SystmOne.
- Strong MSK clinical reasoning and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
- Ability to deliver safe and effective care through digital and remote consultation methods.
- Strong IT and digital literacy skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding, clinical governance and risk management.
