What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Developing and managing large partner relationships and strategic initiatives, reporting to the Global Head of Exchanges.
  • Driving adoption and growth of USDC through strategic partnerships with European digital asset exchanges, prime brokers, and on-ramps.
  • Overseeing commercial deal execution across ecosystem segments for Circle’s products and services.
  • Creating and operationalizing growth programs to maximize ROI on capital market initiatives.
  • Innovating partnership strategies leveraging Circle’s and partners’ assets to foster business growth.
  • Applying strategic and operational rigor within the Global Business team.

What You’ll Work On

  • Collaborating with leadership to develop and execute a partnership strategy, including building and nurturing strategic European partnerships to promote USDC adoption.
  • Leading the execution of high-stakes commercial agreements across sectors.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records of all sales activities.
  • Developing scalable growth initiatives for partner collaborations.
  • Innovating partnership approaches to leverage Circle’s assets and partner capabilities.
  • Managing a portfolio of strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Identifying opportunities to validate beta products in the market.
  • Proactively pursuing new deal opportunities with a hunter mentality.

What You’ll Bring To Circle

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development or Strategic Partner Management.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, financial services, fintech, and cryptocurrency industries.
  • Proven success in negotiating high-impact strategic deals at a C-level.
  • Strong pipeline management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Enthusiasm for early-stage development and a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural competence and ability to work across geographies.
