As a Partner Enablement Specialist, you will support Circle's onboarding efforts for partners across Europe, the Middle East, & Africa (EMEA). In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the partner journey, ensuring timely activation of Circle's products and services. You'll collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to follow and refine processes, address inquiries related to the KYB process, and help build tools & resources that accelerate partner success.
What You'll Work On
- Support the endâtoâend onboarding process for new partners in EMEA.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Partner Enablement in EMEA.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Business, Product) to execute onboarding workflows and requirements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of onboarding materials & resources that enhance the partner onboarding experience.
- Contribute to the improvement of tools, templates, and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
- Track partner activation metrics and provide insights for increased efficiency and engagement.
Core Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in partner enablement, onboarding, or customer experience roles.
- Proven ability to work effectively on crossâfunctional projects with guidance from team members.
- Exceptional communication and relationshipâbuilding skills with external partners and internal teams.
- Experience supporting partners in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on following and contributing to process improvement.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple macOS and G Suite.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working with CRM and workflow platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with responding to partner due diligence and compliance documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the EMEA regulatory and compliance landscape related to financial partnerships.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and crafting effective prompts.
