As Director of Partner Management for Europe, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Circle's presence and impact across the region. Reporting to the VP of Europe, you'll drive the success of strategic enterprise accountsâincluding financial institutions, fintech platforms, and corporationsâby aligning their growth with Circle's product suite, including USDC and EURC. You will lead initiatives from concept through activation and scale, partnering crossâfunctionally to deliver valueâdriven solutions that fuel market share and wallet growth. You will act as a trusted advisor and operational lead to our most critical partners, guiding longâterm strategies, growth campaigns, and executive engagements that unlock meaningful results.
What You'll Work On
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive adoption of Circle's products in the region.
- Lead relationships with topâtier enterprise accounts including banks, neobanks, wallets, fintechs, and custody providers.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with Product, Compliance, Marketing, Legal, and Sales to align solutions with partner goals.
- Validate market opportunities, contribute to goâtoâmarket plans, and ensure strong productâmarket fit with partners.
- Build and execute partner enablement strategies to expand stablecoin usage and transaction volume.
- Lead onboarding, implementation, and activation programs focused on accelerating Time to Value (TTV).
- Serve as an advocate for Circle's platform, educating partners on capabilities and driving feature adoption.
- Drive campaign strategy and execution to fuel engagement and shared outcomes.
- Navigate complex partner orgs and develop relationships at all levels, including executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate on partnership deal structures and growth frameworks with Business Development.
- Capture and share partner insights to continuously inform Circle's goâtoâmarket approach and roadmap.
- Proactively manage escalations and drive operational excellence across postâsales lifecycle.
Core Requirements
- 12+ years of experience managing enterprise partnerships, with a focus on longâterm growth and success.
- Demonstrated ability to own the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through renewal, expansion, and advocacy.
- Deep understanding of customer success frameworks and commercial relationship management.
- Excellent crossâfunctional collaboration skills with a proven ability to influence product and strategy decisions.
- Strong strategic thinking and executive communication skills; comfortable operating at all organizational levels.

- Background in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services.
- Familiarity with blockchain and digital assets; ability to engage in both technical and commercial discussions.
