About The Role
- Understand customer requirements regarding waste types, quantities, and preferred services.
- Offer tailored solutions to meet waste management needs.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience with every interaction.
- Achieve a monthly sales target of £50k based on a 21‑day working month.
- Achieve a monthly margin target of 25% average sales margin.
- Achieve an inbound call target – minimum average 75 calls a day.
- Achieve a monthly conversion target – 20% of inbound calls converted to sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service that drives repeat business and positive reviews.
- Accurately process orders in a timely manner.
- Effectively manage Salesforce tasks assigned to you in a timely manner.
- Maintain excellent communication and responsiveness via phone and email.
- Assist the finance department with queries relating to additional charges.
- Collaborate with suppliers and the internal supply chain team to meet customer needs efficiently.
