The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will join a high-calibre team of restructuring professionals working on complex, high-profile mandates. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on financial and operational restructuring, distressed M&A, and turnaround strategies across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial analysis and modelling of distressed situations
• Develop comprehensive restructuring proposals for clients in challenging financial circumstances
• Manage stakeholder communications and negotiations
• Direct junior team members on transaction execution
• Cultivate and strengthen client relationships
• Contribute to business development initiatives and pitch presentations

Candidate Requirements:

• 5-9 years\’ experience in restructuring, with at least 3 years at a recognised investment bank, boutique advisory firm.
• Strong technical skills, including financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis
• Demonstrable transaction experience in complex restructuring scenarios
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial awareness and industry knowledge
