You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on financial and operational restructuring, distressed M&A, and turnaround strategies across various sectors. Lead financial analysis and modelling of distressed situations Develop comprehensive restructuring proposals for clients in challenging financial circumstances 5-9 years\’ experience in restructuring, with at least 3 years at a recognised investment bank, boutique advisory firm. ~ Strong technical skills, including financial modelling, valuation, and credit analysis ~ Strong commercial awareness and industry knowledge Accelerated career progression in a meritocratic environment Competitive compensation package Outstanding training and professional development
