This is a rare opportunity to work alongside some of the most respected names in the industry on complex, high-profile mandates spanning both debtor and creditor-side advisory. The team has had a standout year, advising on a number of the most significant restructuring and special situations transactions across EMEA. With a lean deal team structure and a genuine meritocracy, analysts are given exposure and responsibility well beyond what is typical at bulge bracket peers.
You will play an integral part on live mandates, taking ownership of financial modelling, capital structure analysis, valuation work, and the preparation of client materials.
