The Role: As a Managing Director, you will be responsible for originating and executing M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates within your sector specialism. You will act as a trusted adviser to C-suite executives, founders, and private equity sponsors, managing complex transactions from inception through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Originating new client relationships and developing existing ones
- Leading and executing live transactions across M&A, fundraising, and restructuring
- Mentoring and developing junior talent across the team
- Contributing to the wider strategic direction of the firm
