Investment Analyst:
Responsibilities:
Identify and analyse high-growth potential companies across the technology landscape.
Develop comprehensive financial models and investment theses.
Support due diligence processes, including data analysis, industry research, and competitor assessments.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives.
Qualifications:
1-3 Years experience within a tech M&A team at a bulge bracket or elite boutique, or currently working in a PE fund as an Investment analyst in the tech space.
Top-tier degree in finance, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent research and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on various industries.
Associate:
Responsibilities:
Source and originate potential investment opportunities through proactive networking and market research.
Lead and manage due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external resources.
Develop and present compelling investment proposals to the investment committee.
Manage relationships with portfolio companies, monitoring their performance and supporting value creation initiatives.
Contribute to fundraising activities and investor presentations.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Private Equity or VC with tech sector focus.
Proven track record of deal sourcing and execution.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
Deep knowledge of the technology sector and its investment landscape.
