Our client is a leading, highly expansive property company with a portfolio of 13 commercial properties across Europe and Asia Pacific. They are seeking a Commercial Modelling Analyst to join their team. This crucial role will drive data analytics and modelling functions within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Production: Deep dive into existing KPI processes. Take charge of daily KPI production tasks: gathering data, ensuring accuracy, and generating reports. Innovate and refine KPI processes, focusing on automation and efficiency.
  • Data and Modelling Support: Design cashflow models tailored to diverse commercial situations. Collaborate across teams for data procurement and lead ad-hoc analytics projects. Improve data handling processes and advocate for IT system enhancements, especially transitioning from Excel-centric methods.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, emphasizing numeric competency.
  • Advanced Excel skills; VBA experience is a plus.
  • Strong experience in building DCF models or proficiency with SQL.
